Meet the Founder
Pathways to Growth Academy was founded with a clear mission—to provide a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment for students who need more individualized attention than traditional classrooms can offer.
With a Master's in social work (MSW) and a certification as a school social worker through the Florida Department of Education, I bring a structured, trauma-informed, and student-centered approach to support both academic and emotional growth.
I have worked closely with children and families navigating a wide range of academic and emotional challenges. This experience has shaped a compassionate, student-centered approach that focuses on both educational success and personal growth.
At Pathways to Growth Academy, every student is seen, supported, and challenged at their own level. Through small-group instruction and individualized learning plans, students are given the opportunity to build confidence, strengthen their skills, and develop a genuine love for learning.
